ResolveMesh is operated by Mo Sharif, an individual based in Colorado, United States ("ResolveMesh," "we," or "us"). These terms govern access to the website, private pilot, API, MCP endpoint, and paid subscriptions.
Service
ResolveMesh recommends connection details. The customer selects, authenticates with, invokes, and evaluates each third-party provider.
You must be at least 18 and authorized to accept these terms for yourself or the organization you represent. Pilot access is discretionary and may be limited or revoked.
ResolveMesh does not proxy provider execution, hold provider credentials, endorse providers, or guarantee availability, fitness, accuracy, safety, or results.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for your agent, provider selection, permissions, downstream actions, and compliance with applicable law.
Submit sanitized requirements for lawful, read-only digital capabilities.
Do not submit credentials, documents, raw prompts, sensitive personal data, provider output, malware, or unlawful content.
Do not bypass limits or security, disrupt the service, misrepresent identity, scrape private surfaces, or use results for unsupported high-impact decisions.
Subscriptions
Builder Pro is billed at the price shown at Checkout. The subscription automatically renews each month until canceled.
Cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless law requires otherwise.
No prorated refunds or credits are provided for partial periods, except where required by law or agreed by ResolveMesh in writing. We will give reasonable advance notice of a subscription price change.

The service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. Use it only where that operational risk is acceptable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResolveMesh is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResolveMesh will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid ResolveMesh in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Administration
Colorado law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Claims must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Colorado, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may change the service or these terms and will post the updated effective date. Material changes apply prospectively. Either party may end pilot access; accrued payment obligations survive.
