ResolveMesh publishes only reviewed changes backed by an official source. Each event identifies the affected clients or tools, the exact fact delta, and the action an operator can take.

Watch enrollment
A watch request is reviewed manually until the email confirmation and entitlement flow is enabled. Sending a request does not start alerts or charge a card.
