Refund and cancellation policy
Builder Pro is a monthly subscription managed through Stripe. This policy explains when access ends and how billing errors are handled.
Subscription policy
Cancel anytime, effective at period end
Use the Stripe Customer Portal to cancel. Access remains available through the end of the current paid period unless the account is terminated for misuse or law requires a different result.
Required exceptions
Refunds are provided where required by applicable law or when ResolveMesh agrees otherwise in writing.
Billing mistakes
Contact support@resolvemesh.com promptly with the invoice or charge identifier and a description. Do not send payment-card details.
